Founder, Ruby Q. Noble provides
over 30 years of work experience in the development sector. She worked on child rights issues, specially related to child protection and education, for Save the Children Sweden (from 1991 – 1997) and for UNICEF (from 1998 – 2018) stationed in countries including Bangladesh, Bhutan and Papua New Guinea. She is proficient in training for subjects ranging from environmental disaster risk reduction, child rights, including child protection and early childhood development issues. She has also conducted and commissioned child centred researches, mapping, surveys, reviews and assessments. She holds an MA in Development Studies from The Hague, and an MA in International Relations from University of Dhaka.
Co-Founder, Snigdha Dutt is a human rights defender and offers over ten years of international experience in the advocacy of labor rights, children's rights and refugee rights. She is proficient in research analysis and policy recommendations. She holds a BA in Economics, an MSc in Public Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics, an MA in Human Rights from Columbia University and an MSt in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
We aim to promote and advocate for human rights, in particular the rights of the child, and to explore innovative interventions to address the whole child development. Our mission is to create scope for child and community participation in projects and programs designed to benefit children, specially the socially excluded and vulnerable.
Our clients include but are not limited to governmental and non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and think tanks.We are currently focusing on outreach programs for refugee children in South Asia.
